Afghani boys girls dancing in Australia“The peak body representing the interests of the world’s music companies has issued a stern warning to Australians: obtain your music illegally and we’ll come after you.”
The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) will be targeting ISP’s and asking them to give up their users who are obtaining music illegally. Although how they intend to prove this is questionable at best.
I guess all the horror stories we here about US citizens getting sued could soon be the reality for us in Australia. Frankly, I hope there business model goes to hell in a handbag, and the sooner the better. Maybe that could save us from the likes of Jessica Simpson and other assorted RUBBISH from being imposed upon our culture.
I for one do not want to be remembered as a citizen during the time when culture was monopolized by economics. Yeah, you can argue the Romans did the same thing but they understood culture, and we respect their works today, I can’t imagine the same for the music of *insert-blonde-faux-punk-pop-icon-here*.
Rant done.

“It’s easy to talk about scary movies, but we wanted to highlight the individual scary scenes that really stick out. Some films aren’t scary by design, but happen to have creepy and shocking moments that deserve special recognition. So enjoy this list and have fun discovering a bunch of new movies to see! “
