I've never heard of Global marijuana day but it seems the cops have and in some countries they take it a tad serious.Who'da thunk the Aussies were such psychos on pot reform.I guess when you get used to using the poor for target practice it's no stretch to hassle them for reefer.Putin's a goon anyway,no surprise there.
